Returns
Products returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund or store credit, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition. This includes ensuring the shoes are free from signs of wear, with clean soles and in a re-sellable condition.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Conditions
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Original shipping charges and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded.
Customer will cover shipping for a size, colour or style change.
Company will cover return shipments only in the event of shoes received with manufacturing defect.
